I like this place they do a pretty good job with keeping up with maintenance on everything and Iv. Never had any complaints about the times I've had to go there to get stuff out of my unit even if it's 3 or 4 am as long as your not trying to stay inside your unit because well that's not league anyways and they have an easy atm that u can use to pay for you unit if they are closed and it's pretty easy to understand how to use it and what you're doing when you're paying but I really like that they have the option of climate co... read more

It was a bad experience for me today with the way the manager to the Plainfield storage address my situation. He was really rude on phone. I rented a space today and on getting, I noticed the door did not open all the way up and there was no light in there. I called the customer service to complain and the person told me the manager can only help on Friday. I added that if I can't move in today, I can't be billed from today.
