Honest, professional company. Property management companies are a dime in a dozen in LV but the aforementioned cannot be said for 99% of them. All of the employees are A+.
I had a terrible experience with Jimmy. I seen a beautiful property my realtor took me to that I applied for and thought nothing of applying. I am 67 I am honest and i income qualify credit qualify and background qualify with 4 streams of income. The entire staff has always been friendly and professional with every interaction that I've had with them & I have been a tenant for 1 of their properties since 2016, which speaks volumes about them for me to have stayed this long. Please be aware that in order to avoid a fee, you have to pay your rent via check, either mailed or delivered in person each month. If you want to use the tenant portal, there is a fee for each payment and Infinite is offering no other online solutions. It’s 2023, really, Infinite?
