Sharita was super rude and unprofessional with me. I bought a preserved rose from her and it turned out black after 1 month. At the time of purchase she gave me a 5 years of warranty for an exchange if anything happens to the rose. When I went back with the receipt and rose She was hesitant to replace it, but somehow agreed to replace it when I was in the store.
