I ordered a birthday arrangement and the customer service to assign me in picking out the perfect complementary flowers and accessories. Also, the delivery was on time and seamless.
Good flowers, but a disappointing customer experience. We received a notification that our flowers were ready almost two hours later, which wasn’t an issue for us. The real problem was the service. When my wife first interacted with the attendant, she was met with an eye-roll, which immediately felt dismissive. When I went to pick up the flowers, they weren’t actually ready despite the notification. Infinite Petals is by far the best luxury florist in North Carolina. The shop is absolutely stunning! When you walk in, you are greeted by a dazzling chandelier. The shop has a huge backdrop with beautiful & colorful flowers to take cool pics with friends and family. The energy is vibrant and welcoming. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The owner, Sharita is a master florist. Tell her the occasion and she will make sure you will have the perfect arrangement
