I am in the middle of a dispute with Reality Management Associates out of Boise, because they use Infinite Maintenance and Cleaning. Infinite claimed that I left the rental property in an absolute mess. Which I didn’t, I kept the house cleaned and spent days doing deep cleaning, unfortunately there is no integrity with either company. As a property manager, it is imperative that we have a solid vendor network to assist our clients. Infinite Maintenance and Cleaning has been a wonderful maintenance and cleaning company for us for many years. They are skilled, quick to schedule, and communicate well! Highly recommend!
Micah has been to our house a few times and has done a phenomenal job. I lost my expensive ring down the vent and he went into the crawl space to get it, and made it apparent he would do his best to find it. He’s very friendly and transparent about his work. Extremely easy to work with. We’re purchasing the home we’re renting and will most definitely be using the company for anything we need in the future.
Infinite is such a great company to work with. They do a professional job on both the cleaning and maintenance side of work. Their staff is friendly, easy to communicate with, and reliable.
Alex from maintenance was awesome! He went above and beyond to explain why we were having issues in our apartment and how we could prevent them as well. Extremely kind and intentional!
