I have been going to Liz for four weeks now, after being referred to her by my husband. I am on my 6th treatment with Dr. Liz and I can't say enough about how happy I am with the progress I have made under her care. I have had full disc replacement in my neck, ribs fractured several times, and until I started seeing Dr Liz, an old undetected fracture in my lower spine. I was walking with a slight limp and was almost always in pain. I have my good and bad days, but have noticed a huge difference in frequency of the pain. My son was born cranky. We tried reflux meds, switching formula, colic drops, you name it. Dr. Liz has been such an incredible blessing to our family. After moving from Texas, it was difficult at first to find a chiropractor who was confident in craniosacral therapy. Matthew went from being aversive to being on his stomach to crawling and now walking. Dr. Liz is incredibly patient with Matthew even though some tough visits. My daughter Kate (8) and I highly recommend Dr. Liz. Adjustments for each of us over the past 6 months have resulted in eliminating undesirable symptoms (Kate was blinking rapidly and moving her head involuntarily) reducing pain (I've had chronic neck and low back pain) and improving our posture, flexibility, sleep and energy. You know you've found an amazing practitioner when you walk out and your child says, "If we don't see her again for a while, I'm really going to miss her!"
Liz does a great job. Takes the time to find out how and where your spine isn't moving correctly. I've greatly improved my low back pain and numbness in my toe greatly since coming here. Pain is pretty much gone have more flexibility. Highly recommended.
