It’s amazing. They’ve helped me dive into so many aspects of myself. I’ve seen 2 therapists here and both were great. The facility is also beautiful; peaceful, warm & welcoming space.

I had no procedure there, this is not a review on quality of work. I came to support my wife for her procedure. The waiting room is TINY, and every seat was taken. They asked that I wait outside to give more room for patients. Makes sense, not a problem. The issue that I have is that my wife was incredibly nervous and scared, and she had to wait in a stuffy room with strangers while I wait in the car. It would've made her experience way less nerve racking if I could've sat next to her to hold her hand, etc. What better way t... read more

Tracy is an incredible therapist. She has been working with my daughter and it has completely changed her outlook on life and friendships. Tracy is so kind and easy to talk to. Our daughter wrote about her at school and said she was one of the adults in her life she trusts most. She was really struggling with friendships last year and is in a much healthier spot because of Tracy. We can’t thank Tracy and her expertise enough. I highly recommend her!

I have been fortunate enough to participate in a DBT group with my teen daughter, facilitated by Victoria, as well as another adult DBT group with Bianca. Both experiences were absolutely awesome. My daughter enjoyed attending the group with Victoria and was actually a little bummed when it came to an end. It’s a great place to focus on your well-being.
