We chose Gas South (5+ years) as our gas provider, whom explained to us recently their service providers are Atlanta Gas and Light. I was questioning why our bill was so high !.Even with their friends and family plan)If you look at your bill there is a AGL ( Atlanta Gas Light) pass through fee added to your bill each month. Gas South said an additional $20- $70 a mo. will be added to your gas bill at the discretion of AGL. I was getting ready to change my rate and found a better rate at Gas South. The agent explained to me that Infinite Energy service was better and they are a far better choice. This was less than a month ago. Now, I will have Gas South as Infinite Energy is now owned by Gas South. Thanks for the going away gift, Infinite Energy.
15 days of service charge was triple my average monthly bill for the previous 12 months. The service plan changed into a variable rate and I was not notified. Lesson learned, I will not do business with this organization in the future and their customer support was useless.
