It is extremely difficult to find a lab that can provide consistent, repeatable results with their testing due to poor quality control standards. I thought that I had found a good solution with Infinite Cal out of San Diego, but their prices are high and customer service is terrible at best. They recently charged me $50 to redact my company name from a lab report that was to be used for a white-label customer. This lab leaves everything to be desired- an overtaxed staff that cannot quickly or efficiently answer questions about the services, slow turn around times, poor customer service, and the kicker- unbelievably sad looking, unprofessional, and underwhelming photos of the tested products that are not fit to be displayed all make this lab the worst I have encountered thus far.
