It’s been 7mo since I started with Dylan and now I’m recommending him to anyone who wants to feel comfortable in their bodies again — ESPECIALLY to athletes who are either aspiring to take their games to higher heights, or anyone looking to become an athlete. I’m a collegiate golfer turned golf instructor and when I got my itch to play and compete again, I knew the first thing I needed to do was get my body back. I’m an exercise science major and I always thought I knew enough to train myself but with all the uneven strain I... read more

I have been working closely with Dylan for about 2 months with a groin injury. He has put a great program together for me that requires me to come in twice a week and exercises on my own at home as well. They have definitely helped as my I am feeling the best I have felt since the injury occurred. I was doing sport specific movements that correlate with being a soccer goalkeeper. Now I am going back to college for preseason and I am feeling confident and ready to compete.

Dylan and his staff have done an amazing job helping me recover throughout the summer with an hamstring strain. From the equipment to the conversations, it is all a professional and unique experience that you can’t get in most places. With the background and experience Dylan has you will be in good hands for whatever you need help with!

Absolutely a 10/10 in every aspect, especially for someone who’s currently serving. They offer one-on-one PT sessions that truly captures the meaning of complete recovery; not just the rehabilitation progression but improvement in areas I struggle. Dylan was incredible; he communicates to you as a person not another patient. I will definitely come back if ever injured.

Personally, I’ve been working with Dylan since 2020. Easily the best trainer I’ve had as an ATC as well as strength and conditioning. I’ve been living in Europe since 2021 and we’ve continued to work together. Very knowledgeable and the workouts are challenging, but progressive. You can see results in real time if you put the work in.
