I used them for around 10 years for several homes and multiple businesses. Over the last 6 months they became increasingly hard to get to finiah work. Now have a warranty issue for the last 3 months and have been promised service, no one showed. They just flat out lie, don't answer phone or return calls.
Believe it or not, the little guys are still out there and they still believe in customer service. Hands down, this is one amazing company! We worked with them, literally, all day today as we tried to diagnose why our AC unit that's only two years old was working over time. We had them check the unit and top off with refrigerant but the same problem persisted throughout the afternoon. We have used this company on all of our homes and we have alwayse had the best service we could expect. They go out of their way to help a person and they make sure you are happy. The price is the most afordable you can find. The first time we used this company they worked until 3:30 AM and made sure we had AC before thay left, and this was when the temp. was over 100*. If something bad is going to happen, it will probably be at the worst time possible! Like the a/c going out at the end of July! Luckily, though, I was able to find Infinite Air LLC. Contacting them early in the morning got me on the end of the day's agenda (they were busy!). The tech didn't show up till about 12:30 am. I had called this company the other night very late I had left a message the lady called me back with in 10-15 min they came out with in 1 hr. when the tech came out he was so nice and very informative. he was here approximately for 1 hr he fixed my unit. I thought they would be very expensive because they came out at 1 am but I was very pleased they also told me about coupons in the yellow pages that was nice.
