Very un-helpfull. The girl who answered the phone would not tell me if they accept Medicare or not. She could have easily told me if they accept Medicare or not, but she told me that I had to call Medicare to ask them. This is the only medical provider or doctor's office that would not tell me if they accept Medicare. This is not the first time that I have had this problem with them. Trying to deal with the people who answer the phone and who work at the front desk is just plain ridiculous.
Kelly Hardesty NP is AMAZING!!!! She is professional, compassionate and took her time to thoroughly explain everything to me. Also, the staff was great! They were super friendly from the time that I walked in, until the time I left. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality care.
Entire experience from making an appointment to seeing Dr. is always easy & truly makes me feel like my health is their #1 priority. Dr. Always takes time and explains everything to me!
