I am completely shocked and disgusted on how I was treated by a woman named Darlene behind the front desk. I was trying to ask a question about my Aunts script that said Stat on it. Darlene told me to mind my business, not to talk and to leave the building. I was appalled, that anyone in the medical field can have ZERO compassion. She was Kurt, rude and very disrespectful. Noone should ever be spoken in that tone. I would' never refer anyone to that location.

Call for four days business days no one has ever returned my call back. I paid out-of-pocket for an office visit. They didn’t accept my insurance and my insurance paid them and having a hard time getting my refund on my credit card that I paid when I did get a hold of them one time they told me call the business office business office told me to call them and like someone else said in the reviews, they never answer their phone And call you back like they say

No one answers the phones here! When you call it automatically rolls to voicemail. The voicemail tells you to leave your information and they will contact you within 24 hours. Its been 25 hours and they never contacted me. I called back and it went to voicemail again. So once again I left my information….the 24 hour clock is ticking again. I am a patient.
