l’ve been a patient for several years and Erica the front desk person is amazing with the Patients. Erica makes a difference in the office and makes patients feel welcomed.
Erica at the front desk who also answers the phone could & should be a lot nicer to the patients that are inquiring information about their appointments and health. The lack of sympathy & caring in her tone of voice is offensive & cruel to many of us patients whom are already going through a very tough and rough health situation that for many of us is of life and death. Ketterer is no longer practicing at this location. He was very helpful in getting the resources I needed to manage my condition, as well as ensuring I got the right treatments specific to my situations. Like many other clinics, there is a shortage of dedicated doctors to service the LGBT community, and selective treatment isn't a fair practice in the medical field.
