Ive been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks but they dont answer the phone . I had to drive to the office to speak to a receptionist because they never returned my call after many days. I later found they only accpt patients by referral so I had my hematologist provide a referral, then my medical records. Again no response after eight days and counting. Left another message today but will probably need to go elsewhere. This is no way to treat sick people
