Very good customer service. Dr. Mir explained everything where I could understand it. Also explained exactly what he had to do during surgery and why the recovery will be long.
My 91 year old father was in a lot of pain. Dr Infante and staff managed to get us in soon, the next day! Great staff. And the Dr took the time to listen to his patient....Don't always see that kind of attentiveness and compassion these days. BIG THUMBS UP

Dr Roy Sanders is a renowned Orthopedic trauma surgeon. I was extremely fortunate to be seen by Dr. Sanders after I experienced a failed tibia plateau surgery in New York. He took the time to explain what needed to be corrected and why. His surgical team at Tampa General were exceptional and they communicated with me every step of the way.
