I've been coming to Ray Rivera for the past 5 years, and in my opinion, he's the best barber in Odessa, TX. His attention to detail and consistency are unmatched. Good haircuts but $50 each for a 2yr old and 8yr old is crazy especially when you walk In and they false advertising $30 haircuts restroom smelled straight like pee NEVER AGAIN if I could not even a star I would give them
