I went to Inez a couple days ago to get highlights and a money piece done, also a hair cut and layers. The stylist (JANE BRADY) put maybe 6 foils in and didn’t go to the root for my highlights, it looked like she got a paint brush and jacked it up. The money piece was silver and I asked for blonde. She added another color to fix it because I said it was silver then it turned white, I’ve been there for two hours I was like that’s fine I’ll just be done I didn’t want it to get messed up worse or my hair to fall out. Avery is phenomenal!!! Not just the hair; the entire experience. A polite, engaging hair professional that I highly recommend.
Update: 8/22 It’s a shame that these girls can’t cut hair very well because they are all incredibly nice. Went back for a cut, mostly touch up, and booked with Avery. Described what I wanted, and even showed her a picture upon her request. Turned out nothing like it. She cut off about twice as much hair as I asked: maximum 2 inches, she cut four. She did this weird thing where she only used a roller brush on my bangs and didn’t brush the rest of my hair with it, so I left looking ridiculous with bumped up bangs and flat hair... read more
