Took my father here because he got referraled here for hearing aids, it's been almost 2 months now and still no acceptance letter after seeing them. They told us it was only going to take a month for it to arrive in the mail. Then whenever I call them to ask them about an update on the hearing aids they just say they are going to have to call me back and then they don't.!! This is very upsetting!
