Rachel is a wonderful pilates instructor! I have only great things to say about working with her.
I felt the trainer was busy with training herself rather than guiding me how to do it or observing if my posture is correct. I was essentially joining her workout session paying my own money.
Inertia6 is arguably the best authentic Pilates studio in Bellevue. I suffer regularly from lower back pain and my time spent with Rachael has been life changing to say the least. She takes the time to get to know you and your body to construct an individualized fitness plan to determine the best plan of action to meet your needs. Rachael is exceptionally skilled, attentive, knowledgable, and a true expert in her craft. I have been seeing her for several years now, and she is extremely attentive and creative in tailoring her work to my specific needs. She is both encouraging and challenging at the same time. I LOVE the new studio with its brand new equipment and warm atmosphere. All very clean and professional.
