Professional and personable! We walked into Sierra Ineos Grenadier in Irvine, CA, with a list question regarding this unique vehicle for an appointment to meet with Matt at the end of March, 2024. They were short staffed at that moment but Matt, the general manager came up to us after taking care business with another family. Just finished the deal with MATT, and CHAD..... Good People. No pressure, and good timely communications. I now own a Grenadier. I ordered it last year, now it's in my drive way. They had other vehicles to choose from. However, I designed the one that was right for me. Matt sat with me for an hour, showing me cool aftermarket products.
