I’m very disappointed with the service at this dealership. My car has been in and out of their service department, and the original issue is still not fixed. I just got the car back in February. Every time I brought it back, I was told they would “take another look,” but nothing ever changed. My car continues to rain on the inside everytime it is wet or rains outside. Matt and Andrew have been great to work with from the start, and through the entire process. Their patience with my slow buying style has made it a very mellow and chill experience. Never once did I feel like I was at a traditional car dealer. They make it feel more like they are simply helping you out vs. selling you a car.
