Totally screwed me over on a thermostat replacement. Agreed through mediation with BBB and Attorney General to partially refund. Have contacted several times in the past month for payment and still haven't received it. They have also ghosted me again . These people are crooks and scammers. And unfortunately they will likely get away with it because I am very ill and on strict bed rest for months and can't take them to court at the moment.
