Late refills. Blame patient if results not what they expect. Accuse patients of overeating rather than check hormones such as tsh and cortisol.
For the first couple months things went great. I was losing weight and their shipments were timely and efficient. However, that has all gone out the window. They bill you, but the medication does not ship out in time for you to receive it before your next dose. When you try to follow up with them it is an endless string of excuses about how they aren't really late because of the fine print in their invoice.
