Dan Mackesey was wonderful. We had a drip coming from our ceiling after the tornado that went through Brownsburg. He inspected our roof said it looked great. The only issue was we needed some extra caulking around a vent on the roof. He caulked it and did not charge us. He was very attentive and professional and came out on a Sunday night. Will definitely use this company again.

Great customer service! I called Indy Rooftops because we found a small leak on the ceiling after the very windy storms we had April 2. Carl Smith came out to inspect the roof and determined the seal around the HVAC/turbine vent was old and needed some attention. He took care of that on the spot! Carl Smith came out to inspect our roof the same day we reached out, after a recent storm left shingles scattered in our yard. From start to finish, Carl provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced—not just with a roofing company, but in general. He was incredibly thorough, walking the entire roof, taking detailed photos, and reviewing everything with me.
