Indy Prestige is top tier for sure! Luis and Isai are running a honest and talented company. My Chrysler was wrecked and insurance totaled my vehicle but I was wasn’t going to let them jerk me from a vehicle that’s well taken care of. Indy Prestige made my car look like nothing ever happened. It’s perfect! The team did an amazing job on the bodywork! It was even shining bright when I picked it up. I highly recommend these guys! They do phenomenal work! I was rear-ended and brought my car to Indy Prestige. They walked me through how to navigate the insurance claims process and their communication was great throughout the entire process. When I picked up my car, it looked showroom ready. I’d absolutely recommend them 5/5 if you want your car done right and a worry-free experience.
I will start by saying Thank you, I arrived at Indy Prestige at the last minute, when another workshop, Tom Wood Collision Center, had declared my car a total loss due to an exaggerated and inflated estimate. I presented my case to Luis at Indy Prestige and he gave me great hope when he told me that my car could be saved and that the damage was not a total loss. I wouldnt recommend I asked for a quote and they tried to quote me over 9k for a door replacement? Come on now. They was suppose to send me the quote still havnt gotten the quote. Then tried to tell me how insurance works. After I done talked to insurance like I’m dumb or something. Get it together. 9000 dollars in damage? Be for real. And HAS YET TO EMAL ME THIS QUOTE BROKE DOWN! Stop trying to get over on people. I would give -stars if I could. And the man who helped my child was RUDE!
