I would highly recommend avoiding Indy Party Rentals if you want your event to run smoothly. I rented a chocolate fountain for my grandson’s graduation party and was met with terrible communication, a missing critical part, and a complete refusal to take responsibility.The issues started immediately after ordering. You let us down in the most significant way. As a proud member of the US Navy, we invested in two services, pouring our trust and finances into what we believed would be a memorable experience. Instead, you took our money and left us exceedingly disappointed on our military family day, abandoning us when we needed support the most. This betrayal stings deeply, and I can assure you, we will not forget this. Never again will we place our faith in your promises.
