You let us down in the most significant way. As a proud member of the US Navy, we invested in two services, pouring our trust and finances into what we believed would be a memorable experience. Instead, you took our money and left us exceedingly disappointed on our military family day, abandoning us when we needed support the most. This betrayal stings deeply, and I can assure you, we will not forget this. Never again will we place our faith in your promises.

I don’t post reviews often. Pretty much exclusively when there is either amazing service or service so outrageously terrible someone needs to be warned. This review is the latter. I tried to work with Indy Party Rental. Text, email, calling. Finally got an invoice quote that included multiple things we specifically talked about not including.
