Surprisingly, Hyundai corporate was incredible but this Hyundai repair shop was really disappointing. Also, be aware, this place has multiple different names on Google for reviews; check them all for a full picture. Corporate communicated very well and set clear expectations on each step. Helpful and pleasant interactions each time. Unfortunately, Indy Hyundai at Washington and Shadeland left a lot to be desired. Price jumped 45% when I came in even though I asked multiple times what the price was going to be, Ben seems very personable but doesn't handle things honestly. It's a shame because I thought he was a nice guy.
Do you want the worst car manufacturer ever made? Do you want a worthless service department? How about a warranty they will find loopholes so they don’t have to pay? If yes. Look no further, you have hit the jackpot of dealerships. Get a Toyota instead, or actually anything else will do.
Ben Cucio at Hyundai Indy service is fantastic! We had a great experience with sales, AND whenever we have needed any help from SERVICE, they have been so GREAT. We had an issue with a flat tire, and Ben helped us figure out what to do right away so we could get the issue fixed. It is a pleasure to do business with a company where you call and you are treated like part of the family. Thank you, Hyundai Indy and most ESPECIALLY, BEN!
