Do not use! If you want a professional carpet cleaning company I'd highly advise against this one. They were very rushed while cleaning my carpets and very unprofessional. When I asked them to hit areas that I felt were still dirty they said it was just shadows and that they would gladly come back and clean them if I still felt they were dirty. I have called at least 4 times over the last 2 weeks, left two messages, and they still have not returned my call. I hope by writing this I can at least save the next person from maki... read more
