Terrible customer service. It took three separate trips to this place just to get an estimate for some body work following a fender bender. Visit 1: I made an appointment a few days in advance, then showed up at the appointed time, only to be told that everyone got sent home because of an impending snow storm--but no one bothered to call a potential new customer to tell him! Yesterday I stopped by to ask about scratches on the door of my new Subaru. The gentleman I spoke with came outside, looked at the damage, explained the cost if they did it and told me how to handle DIY. He even went into the shop, came back with something on a towel, and was able to remove one of the scratches, free of charge. You cannot ask for better treatment than that. Much appreciated!
