I think they use poor judgement when addressing Issues with they're customers. Like taking back a car that has been financed and recieved a down payment for the vehicle that was sold to me but claim they were Informed that I quit my job so they lied to get me to the dealership so they could take the car back. Not to mention that I paid ****** down on and ****** for Full Coverage auto Insurance as well through them.

**** M******* took my call and was the most negative, snobby, rude, arrogant, & catty. He even texted me from 2 different phone numbers, with his rudeness. I had to block both of them.
