Great service but EXTREMELY disorganized. You have to reach out over and over and over again for a response. They change their policies leaving you stranded and without care. They don’t even formally change them, they just (eventually) text you. Asks for how to file a complaint go unanswered. They have left me in intolerable suffering and seem to sleep pretty good at night about it. I would too if I was able to get over 15k a year out of patients and have no accountability.
