Calvin, the sr repair technician, did a great job. Fixed it all n 30 minutes.
Terrible company to deal with! They have been assigned my warranty claim for my Vizeo TV and I have been assigned a service request but have not been notified by them to set up the repair. They will not answer the phone or return a call.
WORST... COMPANY...EVER...! (Negative 10 stars...) DO NOT use this company for warranty or for independent contract work (my case). They take days to respond with no communication AT ALL... I submitted a case to my contractor platform about how they do not communicate, and the stupid company resolved my issue for me and still never contacted me after the fact. Shame on You, ITI.
