There was a three year period in which I wouldn't or couldn't bring myself to go to a salon because of bad experiences but my husband bought me a gift card so I had no choice but to go.... So, I had a really bad experience. My hair was horrible! I had 11 inches cut and I got hacked up! Nothing like the picture I took. You're the professional. You should have had me schedule appointment or talk me into something gradual. Sara at Industry Salon was a rockstar and fixed me up! I'm so glad she has a big heart and a professional attitude! She made a horrible experience bearable. Wish I could post before/after. Thanks Sara!
I called this morning to get in asap and talked to the owner. I explained how for 3 years I haven't been able to find a good salon where they don't hack up your hair and destroy it. I told him I was nervous and worried about getting it fixed. He was so great to me. He said they would take great care of me. He also said he would work with the stylist to make sure I was happy. OMG, what an amazing job!! Thank you both so very much. For once me hair looks great!! I found my salon!!!
Great place . I always have a great cut and color there. They treat their customers awesome. A very good experience every time I go . Love it.

Brought my 5 year old daughter in for a trim as well as myself last week and it was prefect. Sara was very patient and she makes you feel very comfortable. She made sure she explained what she was doing which set my daughter at ease. Came back today for my conditioning treatment with her and she explained it as she went. (might I add, she does a very relaxing wash) My hair feels great and I can not wait to let her do some color for summer! It's also nice that you get high end service at an affordable price.
