ILDP, is without a doubt the most crooked, unethical, dishonest organization I have ever encountered. There are so many things wrong with how the owner runs his business, but the following is what I find most disturbing. In my opinion, the company should be investigated for insurance fraud, especially Medicare and Medicaid fraud. This company is horrible drug screens mixed up results don't come back for patients to receive care an treatment Jennifer the Columbus manager is unprofessional making out with her husband making mistakes.... I would stay far away from this company as possible as patients an if your a professional offices they are not equipped to provided services. Came in around 8:40am on a Thursday. No one in sight. Labratory door open. I waited 5 minutes and left.
I have been very pleased with the kindness and efficiency of this lab. Our sales rep, Erika, is so helpful and friendly. She always comes in with a smile and is able to answer my questions. She has been wonderful to work with. I have called several times and everyone I have talked to has been helpful and responsive. I'm glad we chose Industry Lab to provide our testing results. I have no complaints.
Drive up testing was so simple and easy for me! Especially with not feeling great, I was met with a very kind staff who made me feel at ease. Can not give a higher praise from my experience recently.
