Great customer service and always willing to help. Will mix your order on the spot. I'm not going to sugar coat it....its $$$. That being said, you get what you pay for and the extra cost far out shines what almost every store in America has forgotten, customer service and product knowledge. If you want some guy from yard and garden helping you pic out your painting supplies, the big orange warehouse supplies that all day long. Its really not a tough call. These guys/gals are the real deal!
First off, Industrial Finishes has very limited hours of 8:00am-4:30pm. I was there this morning since 745 A.M. And one employee said I could go in around 7:57 A.M. since it was pretty much at 8 o’clock. They advise me that the paint person should be coming in soon. Unfortunately, the kind of interaction I had in there was before the location even opened or the guy handing me the paint who wasn’t the mixer.
