Very poor customer service. Very slow in serving customers
very very very very very very slow guys.
This place has great stuff!! BUT the worst customer service ever!! The young man at the counter at the Salem location on Portland road helped me, I took a Can of paint there to get color matched! He said he would call me the next day!! Its been over two weeks!!! and yes he wrote my name and phone number down correctly!! I've been there other times and nobody is in a hurry to help you at the counter while other employees are talking and laughing just behind the counter!
Friendly folk, mixed up some paint for me that was right on the money.
