Great Job – I have had nothing but a great experience with Industrial Disposal. When ever I call they answer promptly. For the past 9 months my cans have been placed back where they were and many time I could not even tell they were emptied.
Industrial Disposal – Tried for the last several days to reach Customer Service. Never was taken off of hold. Waited on hold for over an hour. Canceled service because of this.
worst company ever, no customer service at all – I can not give them a star rating because they don't deserve one. Oldham County made the biggest mistake ever in making the residence go with this company. I would like Rumpke back. Sometimes they pickup and sometimes they don't. Just depends on their mood I guess. I have canceled my service. I can take care of my own trash removal and not have to deal with some of the most rudest people in the business.
The worst customer service ever – I am still disgusted that our only option for trash removal in Oldham County is Industrial Disposal. They are never on time and never once in 6 years have I ever received notification that service was delayed or moved to another day. I would pay double to have Rumpke (or any other trash company for that matter) back as they were very customer oriented...a complete oppostie of Indutrial Disposal. Oldham County...you made a bad choice and I hope you got yopur pockets full!!!
Industrial Disposal – Trash is not picked up and still have to pay for the service. Cans are left sitting in the middle of the street. Consistently have to pick up trash out of the street and yard every week even though cans are placed correctly and bags are tied up. Calling office is a waste of time. I would not recommend this service to anyone - it is way overpriced and the service is unacceptable.
THE WORST EVER – As you can see mine is not the only negative comment on this company. They have terrible customer service and truly lazy staff - or flat stupid policies. Regardless it equals poor value for the mone. We had a different service before we moved and they were AWESOME - I'm pretty sure it was RUMPKE. I'm looking to switch because they've been aweful a number of times - so not an isolated experience and I'm done with them. Seems like they would get the picture, but no....

A BIG MISTAKE... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE – industrial disposal is S**KS!!! DON'T GET THIS CRAPY COMPANY YOU'LL GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR... DEFINATELLY I DON'T RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE!!
the most lazy service you can exspect to get – my god i have two blue trash cans ok and say i had a couple extra bags ok and i put them out ther the idiot just left them ther and i was pist that he left them i called them and gave them a pice of my mind and guess what the still didnt take ank extra gabge. so you need to think twice before you get this crapy service. p.s. i recomand rumpke the will take any extras you have ID YOU are a lazy service like mcdonalds.
