This co. is the worst I have ever been involved with. I signed up for service, the next day I found out that I had to move, I called them ,they said "no problem" they came and picked up their can,Still brand new- & clean, and kept my $75. When I called them about it ,they said "I'll get back to you". Then they sent me a bill for $13.41! Then they sent me a "final demand letter" I am going to my lawyer on this!

I live in Oldham County and I've never had a problem with ID. They always pick up my trash on time, and as long as I call ahead, they will pick up larger items like old furniture.

Good company – I have lived in Oldham County over 15 years and have never had any problems with ID. Price is reasonable and service is good. They have very good prices on dumpsters too. When I first moved here I contracted with ID and shorly after I received a bill from Rumpke, I think it was, out of Cincinnati. I called to let them know I didn't have service with them and asked how they got my name and I was told that one of their drivers went thru my garbage and found my name. Imagine that. where's the customer service? – Looks like I.D. hasn't improved much on the customer service that has been repeatedly commented on in a negative way. Unfortunately Oldham County took away our freedom to choose who we want to pay and have to deal with concerning our garbage service. Typical why we don't get considerate helpful service because they don't have to worry about because they know we are STUCK with them. Let's hope Oldham County fires them. We deserve more than what we have to deal with. They did resolve my problem ... read more

Sweetland Removal Rocks – Very, very rude customer service when calling in to establish a new account. Just nasty negative attitude, kept telling me to speak up even though I was quiet loud. After loosing connection or getting hung up on near the end of our conversation. Their lines were convenient busy for 15 minutes until the "we are closed" recording picked up 10 minutes before 5:00. So not worth the $4 a quarter in savings. Especially after reading all the other reviews I will be sticking with Sweetland who could hear me... read more

Industrial Disposal Oldham Co. – Everyone's experience appears to vary. Thus far, mine have been pretty good; but I'm not a difficult person to please. We had a container that fell apart, and it was replaced on the next pickup. We got missed a few times, called, and it was picked up within 3 or 4 days. One time, I figured they were not going to pick it up, so I rolled it back down the driveway and when the driver showed up, he went all the way down the driveway to pick up the container...which was good. Worst Trash Company EVER! – This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. They also have the nastiest people in there customer service department. This company will not even pick a box up here in Oldham County if you set it out!! They even forget to pick up your trash from time to time! I have to deal with them since I am in OC or I would have never went with this company. Total waste of my money to pay them and they don't even perform the service I pay for....

Yard waste pickup – It's yard waste pickup season again. I've paid the required seasonal bill in full and was told my first service would begin on April 7, 2011. I called ID and was told by the CSR that my yard waste would be picked up as schedule. When I pulled into my driveway this afternoon and the yard waste can still full, I really should not have been surprised that the yard waste can was not emptied. Doing a good job – I am a customer at Oldham County and ID has always been prompt and reliable when I have had anything that needs to be taken care of in bulk. Just ask them and they will give a solution. Some people in Oldham think that they have to have everything perfect. First look at yourselves and if you have not fault in what you do for work, then and only then you may judge others. I believe for me and my neighborhood that they are doing fine.
