Industrial CNC has always been amazing with support. Industrial CNC was the first full size router I purchased and has been a great machine. Very few problems and out of the three I have had over the last six years, two of them were self induced. So here it is, six years later, I call for a support question and get the same friendly helpful voice from the other end and I get the support I needed as if I just bought the machine yesterday. Thank you very much Keith for all of your support and service over the years.

Keith and his staff at Industrial CNC are wonderful. The equipment works as promised and the customer service is great. Anytime I have a question, Keith is there to answer it. He is always very pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable. Great company!
I purchased a used 5x10 Vacuum Table CNC from Keith. He called or emailed me 50 times until I bought. Since then (5) months ago....Not a single word. I called him today to ask about customer follow up, and help with getting some tech support, and he said we would never bother customers by calling them. He never followed up with me after the sale. Never asked if the product arrived, what condition it was in, or even if everything was there. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and regret my purchase with them. I will NE... read more
