Keith, one of the support staff for Industrial CNC is awesome. Last week we had a challenge with "communication" between the computer and the machine. We wrestled it for a "few hours" with no success. Called Keith and HE immediately knew what our challenge was and told us how to fix it. Okay, any support person should be able to do that... BUT The neat part was this...later that day or maybe the next day, I don't recall, he CALLED BACK to make sure we were running...I really appreciated the extra mile effort. amazing company and amazing support , we purchased a 4x8 router about 3 years ago and any time i ever had a question i would get an answer in no time . super happy with this company :)

We bought a4 x 8 Cnc router with the vacuum table, with no computer knowledge the company walked us through the process. Amazing to say the least!! In just one week we have more parts ahead of our production than we’ve had in seven years. So fast and accurate. ************ ******* **

I use the 4x8 CNC w/ vacuum table. This is a good starter cnc. What would make it better is the addition of a tool changer, but at the price point it without it, it is worth it. Their technical support has been solid and responsive and has helped me with the few issues I have had. The reason for the 4/5 stars is I am not 100% thrilled with the Mach 3 controller software, but that has nothing to do with the quality of the CNC itself.

I have worked with both Keith and Brent for years and they have treated my customer's exceptionally well. My clients have used their machines to expand their operation both saving them on labor and generating more profit. They are great on both their machinery and their customer service.

I have worked with Industrial Machinery for over 10 years, they are a great company to work with! I plan to continue to work with them until I retire.
