I have been working for IA for 5 months now I am not sure why they have a bad review. I dont think the controller is not professional, he is a good mentor if you are willing to learn and grow. If you are the type of person who use your cellphone all the time instead of working or if you have a sensitive and negative attitude then this will not be a perfect fit. Culture is very unprofessional in this company, simply horrible. The management is the worst! Especially the supervisor in Accounting Department treats his employees disrespectful! No wonder why employees running away from this company! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
I deliver part's and tools to this shop weekly and a more professional and effective business will be hard to find.
