Always a great experience! – I am a repeat customer at Indulgences and there is a very good reason for that, they provide excellent customer service. I have had several of their services including massage, facials, and manicure and pedicures. Every service I have had has been done with the utmost attention to your comfort and relaxation. I would love to be able to go every week if I could afford it!
Great customer service – I have recently moved to Denver and was taking advantage of the nice weather to work on my yard, unfortunatley I overdid it and desperately needed a massage. I found Indulgences on citysearch and decided to give them a try. I have had massage work done before, but not here in colorado. I was very pleasantly surpised. Exceptional Day Spa – Yesterday I was just indulged in a 1 ? hour massage and a spa pedicure. I suffer with chronic neck pain from a car accident 7 years ago and am dependant upon deep tissue massages to manage the pain. I had an excellent massage with a very knowledgeable therapist. After my massage the therapist gave me some stretches to help problem areas and gave me some relaxation techniques. Today I feel great! I will definitely return for another massage. Not worth the time or money! – So i had been to indulgences a few times before for massages and nails, and i got to really liking certain therapists. However, it seems like once i found a massage therapist i felt comfortable with, they stop working there. Every time i go in, they have new staff and i end up having to try new people until i find one i like again, only to be told that they are no longer there anymore. It's just very frustrating. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – Very unprofessional business. Front desk seems immature and not friendly. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted. Afterwards the receptionist had the nerves to talk on the phone about her personal life without checking me in. Another client walked in and she checked her in before me. Then to wrap it all up, my appointment which I booked in advance a month ago wasn't in the database!!! I work in customer service and I know how all this all works. indulgences day spa – I just moved to Denver from Texas a few months ago where I had the same waxer for about five years. I tried a few other spas before indulgenes and what a mistake that was. When I first walked into this cute, ecletic little spa I was very nervous. The last two waxes were awful! The lady came up, introduced herself and led me out the door to another building. Happy Feet – I was in Denver in August and wanted , no rather needed a pedicure. I went to Indulgences on West 32nd and had a delightful experience. The pedicure I received was awsome! My technician was attentive and meticulous. She gave me a fantastic foot massage. The color application was perfect and many people commented on it when I returned to Philadelphia. Best Day Ever – My sister gave me a gift certificate to Indulgences for my birthday and I can't thank her enough. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed, everyone was friendly and attentive and the services, (a massage, a facial and a pedicure) were out of this world! For my sisters birthday, I'm planning to send her to Indulgences; but I'm coming with her, so we can both enjoy the experience.
great massage – My husband and I came into denver to take care of some family business. needless to say we were both very stressed out. We found Indulgences driving by and stopped to ask about services. Bevin was very helpful in setting us up for a couples massage.
