The right to express one's honest opinion about a service provider does not fall under the legal definition of slander (Texas Beef Group v. Winfrey, 201 F.3d 680, 5th Cir: 2000). That a salon would say First Amendment free speech is "illegal" and a accuse a client of lying rather than taking responsibility for an employee's bad behavior shows lack of professionalism and extreme insecurity. I'd recommend avoiding this salon.

Not Impressed – I went to this salon a couple months ago and was scheduled with Jen. She was 15 minutes late even showing up for my appointment. I usually arrive early for appointments for the sake of common courtesy, and ended up waiting about half an hour total before I was helped. Best Salon in Greeley!!! – I went to this Salon in May and it was just the place I was looking for! I heard about Indulgence from a friend who goes there and see's Samantha! I was very lucky and they were able to get me in with only about a week wait! The salon is BEAUTIFUL and the people are friendly and very helpful! Ok cut, awful color – The salon was nice as was Sam who cut and colored my hair. The cut was fine, I have long hair and she did the typical long cut with some layers. I was very unhappy with the color on the other hand. Huge sections of my hair were missed, leaving dark roots in my blond hair inches long (where my hair is parted not a single strand was colored leaving my hair looking the same as before I went in). Kristen and Sam Made Me Feel Beautiful!! – Kristen gave me the best massage. I think I had pulled my sciatic nerve and my left leg was bothering me alot! Kristen concentrated on my glutes and I could not believe how much better I felt. I am now back in my high heels which I love so much and walking gracefully again! Best Massage Ever!! – I had the best massage of my life. Brandi Is awesome, she really knows how to read a client!! She understood my body and it's needs. Her pressure was not too deep but perfect. I hate too little of pressure and too much leaves me sore and uncomfortable. She has the intuition to give you the perfect pressure for your body. She is amazing and I have found my new massage therapist. try her out and you will neve go anywhere else!!!!

Most Beautiful Spa in Greeley, Awesome Stylist – What a beautiful Spa, The Staff is very nice. I had my hair done by the owner and it was the best cut and color I ever recieved in my life. Then I recieved a massage and a facial, also the best I ever had in my life. I would recommend Indulgence to anyone. What a great place to enjoy a day of total pampering.
