I wish I could comment on the quality of work, but I can't. I made two appointments over the phone for an updo and makeup for a special occasion in 2 days. When I looked up the hair stylist I was scheduled with, I saw that she is 1 year out of high school. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, and she may be great, but my hair is not the easiest and it is a big event, so I called back to see if there is any availability with a more experienced stylist. They cut my hair the way I wanted to! Very reasonable price even after the deposit! Very friendly environment!
I booked a 12 PM appointment, but the stylist started at 12:30 and rushed everything to get to her 1 PM client. She only used hairspray and showed me the back of my hair after I asked — aren’t those basic things included? The curls fell out before my event even began, and the style looked nothing like the photo I showed her. It was frizzy, rushed, and disappointing. I honestly could’ve done a better job myself. Would not recommend this salon to anyone
Anna does amazing work. She is pleasant and very talented. The owner is also very kind.
I just got back from taking my almost 3-year-old. She just stopped letting me brush her hair. Autumn was beyond wonderful with her, very patient, and when she cried at the end we didn't get any dirty looks from employees or customers.
