5 star or 1 star depending on the hairdresser. Have been coming here for most of my cuts for years, but I just book whoever is available. Anna cut my hair a few days ago and she seems like a sweetheart, but she needs more training, and I say that with love. I came in with very long hair and was looking for a medium cut. As soon as I sat down I told her I wanted it cut dry since stylists tend to cut off too much wet. I wish I could comment on the quality of work, but I can't. I made two appointments over the phone for an updo and makeup for a special occasion in 2 days. When I looked up the hair stylist I was scheduled with, I saw that she is 1 year out of high school. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, and she may be great, but my hair is not the easiest and it is a big event, so I called back to see if there is any availability with a more experienced stylist. They cut my hair the way I wanted to! Very reasonable price even after the deposit! Very friendly environment!
I booked a 12 PM appointment, but the stylist started at 12:30 and rushed everything to get to her 1 PM client. She only used hairspray and showed me the back of my hair after I asked — aren’t those basic things included? The curls fell out before my event even began, and the style looked nothing like the photo I showed her. It was frizzy, rushed, and disappointing. I honestly could’ve done a better job myself. Would not recommend this salon to anyone
