She completely avoided my request and cut it way too short. Would not recommend to anyone in the Berkshires.
I had terrible box dyed brown hair and I wanted a lived in blonde that Anna H was able to achieve flawlessly. I have wanted my hair to look this good for years and have spent my money at various different salons and they were not able to deliver. I highly recommend this salon and stylist she was kind, caring, patient and you can tell she puts a lot of heart into what she does . Her co-workers were great and helpful too, great team !!
5 star or 1 star depending on the hairdresser. Have been coming here for most of my cuts for years, but I just book whoever is available. Anna cut my hair a few days ago and she seems like a sweetheart, but she needs more training, and I say that with love. I came in with very long hair and was looking for a medium cut. As soon as I sat down I told her I wanted it cut dry since stylists tend to cut off too much wet. She said she didn't feel comfortable cutting it dry so she shampooed it, then did exactly what I was afraid of... read more
