Calling to try and make an appointment was like pulling teeth. I was very polite and willing to work around the stylists' schedules. Of course, as anyone else, I have a preferred time slot, but I was not pushing them to go out of their way for me. I asked a question to clarify the service and was treated as if I was unintelligent. I was transferred to speak to another stylist about scheduling a consultation and told them I could not do their preferred time due to needing to pick up my child.
