I had an appointment with a lady names Stacey B. for a hair color and cut. The color I wanted required stripping my hair color replacing it for a lighter shade. Well...... Stacey was very hurried in this process and burned my hair to the point I had to cut it all off. She was the WORST hairdresser I have ever had in my life. During this process she replaced the color which ran down my face and stained my cheeks. I will never go back to her and recommend she go back to beauty school and start over.
