Hidden Jem I've been going to Linda for years now and I never see any reviews here about her,she is definately the hidden jem at this salon. I get foils, color and extensions and although the price is never cheap the gratification is untouchable. Linda is very quick and efficient but i have never felt rushed. Linda truely listens and gives me what I ask for every time. Thank you Linda !!!!
DISGUSTED It has been two years since my horrific experience at this Salon. I am still scarred from it! I have never written anything negative and was fully compensated as well as given a free service for my next hair appointment, as if!! I went to the best, Jose, to color my brown hair blonde which I have been doing for over 20 years! He talked a good talk but in the end, I was shocked. He burned my scalp with bleach as he used 40 volume and it expanded in the foil, touched my scalp and caused 2nd degree burns! He actually ... read more
great place to get a cut! I have been going to indra salon in andover for a few months now and i must say it is a fantastic place. the atmosphere is great and the employees are always bustling around making sure you are taken care of. plus they have wi-fi which they named the "indra net bar," which is unbelievable clever, i wonder who came up with that. well i go see sarah sheppard to get my haircuts. she is great, really personable and easy to talk to. plus my wife always tells me how good my hair looks afterwards. i would ... read more
worth a trip Any place that used Aveda products is good for me. I didn't use any of the spa services on this trip but I will definitely give a go the next time. I had my hair cut for a dinner party. They did a great job, giving the exact style I was looking for, with out too much hair stuff to make me look crunchy and overdone. They have a special ten bucks off if you're a first timer.
Beware Please carefully read the other reviews! They are so obviously been written by someone who works there. They have ruined my beautiful hair. I have gone back twice to get it fixed and it just got worse and worse. The concept is great-but the talent is just not there! I dont care that can cut hair in 4 inch thigh high boots- you ruined my hair!
Loved It !! I was extremely impressed with this salon! Every salon i have ever gone to i have always hated the way they style it , but i saw Sarah Sheppard at indra and she was great ! I had just gotten out of work so it was pretty late for them to start coloring my hair but she made the time for me and stayed late ! I loved loved loved the sinks in there and the massage chair you sit in while getting your hair washed . She also gave me a hand and arm massage while my hair was processing.
