“Won” a prize at a home show. Got a call from them, asking when they could come by to drop off my prize, I was away for a few days and asked to have it dropped off later (due to their policy of having to be home) but never received a call back. Called them again and was sent to voicemail, never received a call back and still no prize. Not very happy.

This company scams people with their Match and Win scratch tickets. Very rude on the phone, hanging up without letting people talk and every time a different excuse why they cannot process the win. We have to contact the authorities about this scam, don't do business with them.

Wish I never bought these products doesn't work three times they worked on it and still doesn't work

Shawn was very polite and knowledgeable. I was hesitant in purchasing one but after he demonstrated the unit I noticed a big difference in the quality of our air and purchased one.
