Indoor Air Quality did an amazing job installing an air conditioner in my home. Upon their initial assessment I could tell they were very knowledgeable. He sent over a few options for the installation and after I decided on one I was put on the schedule in less than a week. They had the work completed in less than a day. Overall Indoor Air Quality showed great knowledge, experience, professionalism and integrity from start to finish! I highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs!
Joe and Pat are wonderful to work with. They installed a steam humidifier for my wife and I, and came back twice, both times promptly. Once, to fix a drain valve defect, and the second time to deaden noise from the unit. Everything works and it’s quiet now. Very happy with the results!
Pat and his team at IAQ are fantastic. Our 20 year old furnace was failing to light intermittently during a cold snap. He was able to come out same day and diagnosed it as a dirty flame sensor, which he cleaned quickly while we chatted. Our furnace was 20 years old and the air conditioner was 32 years old - still functioning, but definitely in end-of-life territory.
