The food was great as usual. The wait staff was great as usual. The new 18% "gratuity" charge for all patrons (not just large parties) for "wages & commissions" (whatever the heck that means) was an unwelcomed surprise. To learn that gets split approx 40 different ways meant our server's actual tip from us would have been pennies. Literally. No wonder the place was empty. We tipped our server well (seperate & in addition to the 18% surcharge) and let mangement know we will not be back until this practice is discontinued. Als... read more
Food was absolutely amazing, atmosphere was great, but service was slow. More waitstaff would fix that issue, especially on a Friday night.
I come here two to three times a year (from Olympia) and it never fails me. The food is excellent, and the service is usually very good. I have tried many menu items over the years and it is all good. I have food allergies and they accommodate well.
