Unprofessional Service I booked my appointment one day in advance. However, on the day of the appointment, I waited for more than 30 minutes, only to be informed by the receptionist that the barber was unavailable and would not be coming. This is the second time I have experienced the same issue. Such poor communication and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. Due to this repeated inconvenience, I have decided to stop using their services permanently.
I visited this place for the first time for my facial. It was a good experience. The girl who did my facial, Karan, was very kind and humble. I am very satisfied with her service. I definitely recommend this place. Must visit!
My wife went to this salon for eyebrow and upper lip threading, and the attendant performing the service was clearly sick, constantly sniffling and making nasal sounds. After a couple days, my wife became sick as well. For a salon that provides close-contact services, this is a serious health and hygiene issue. Staff who are unwell should not be working directly with clients, and at the very least should be wearing a mask.
