Would not recommend this place anymore for colouring/balayage/toning. I been going here for about 10 years and I told them to tone my Hair the exact same colour my hair is already but I want the orange tone gone. The stylist shagan toned my hair 2 times to completely something different. They have ruined my hair my for my proposal 😭 and they kept saying they will fix it and mind you they toned it once and it was completely dark and the re toned it again and it was still dark.
Thanks to the whole team who helped me with my waxing, facial, and threading. I genuinely want to say that you guys are amazing! I was honestly very nervous about getting waxing done because of my previous experience, but the service provided by your team was absolutely wonderful. I visited here for the first time to get ready for my birthday, and I can truly say that my time and money were completely worth it. I’m so happy with the service and the results. I’ve been coming here for over a year, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! You can bring in all your Pinterest inspo, and they’ll either make sure to match it as closely as possible or be completely honest about whether your hair can realistically get to that stage. I really appreciate that they set realistic expectations while still helping you work toward your hair goals.
