I always come here for threading, and the owner, Happy, is very professional. She always greets you with a smile and makes sure to personally check what services you are taking
Karan did an amazing job with my haircut. She understood exactly the style I wanted and executed it perfectly. Very skilled, patient, and professional. The finishing and detailing were on point. Highly recommended
I am disappointed with my experience .The technician was incredibly careless and cut a visible gap right into the middle of my left eyebrow. It has completely ruined the natural shape, leaving a patchy, bald spot that I now have to fill in with makeup every day. To make matters worse, she missed several stray hairs around the edges, making the final result look messy and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place if you value your natural brow shape."
Unprofessional Service I booked my appointment one day in advance. However, on the day of the appointment, I waited for more than 30 minutes, only to be informed by the receptionist that the barber was unavailable and would not be coming. This is the second time I have experienced the same issue. Such poor communication and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. Due to this repeated inconvenience, I have decided to stop using their services permanently.
I visited this place for the first time for my facial. It was a good experience. The girl who did my facial, Karan, was very kind and humble. I am very satisfied with her service. I definitely recommend this place. Must visit!
